Our experience allows us to accurately inform you on what costs are involved. Measurements and calculations will be taken to commence preliminary drawings.
Once the site inspection has been finalized a "preliminary design plan" is the next step to make your project come alive! We will make critical changes on design to give value to your space and maximise practicality and to ensure a design that works with your vision and ideas.
Most projects today require Engineering specifications and planning to ensure structural adequacy of the proposed development. Our qualified engineers will provide a series of documents such as Structural Certificates & Structural Plans ready for lodgement.
During this stage we have compiled, formed and finalized all plans and documentation ready to be submitted for CDC (Complying Development Certificate) or DA (Development Application).
We have made it to lodgement! This stage you can relax and leave the approval to us. We will ensure the documentation & application forms are filled accordingly to suit the project. We will liaise with the principal authority to ensure that you will be informed with time frames of approval to put our clients mind at ease. Once the application has been approved a Construction Certificate will be issued and our job is complete and you are ready to start building!
